PURELEE wants you to like what you’ve ordered. If something is not right, let us know.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase. Should you do need to return an unused purchase, please send the item back, at your cost within seven days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the seventh day of receipt.
Wrong/Defective Item Policy
On very rare occasions, we humans do make mistakes. Please contact us and we will take care of it right away!
We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong/defective item.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges on all returns.
For all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting us with the subject line: Defective/wrong item claim & ORDER ID.
Provide clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
NOTE: Please double check and triple check your shipping address, once it is processed and shipped, we can no longer update or change the destination. You’ll be responsible for the package.
